What’s the most comedic misunderstanding you’ve had here so far?

i do not know if it is a misunderstanding so much, but i have found an okama bar because i did not know the kanji and got curious. the person behind the bar was very hoping i was applying for a job because of my hair apparently? did not care i was not technically of the age to drink though, so it was a good night.

there was also the time where i only found out that i had been going to the wrong lecture for half a semester because the teachers had very similarly written names and both the first names were kaoru, only written different. but the one i should have been going to was actually a woman. i did wonder why i apparently was learning about history...

it is a good place, actually. the owner makes very nice cocktails and seems to find it funny that i have been back more than the one time.

i only just barely managed to pass the class because the professors found it so funny when i explained they let me make it up a bit...

they think i am funny and cute, and my hair is pretty. apparently carding me would be a shame because i would leave, so if i do not drink too much i am allowed to stay. it is like having a very weird mother, kind of.
